as well as in front of the Federal Supreme Court (Bundesgerichtshof/BGH)
in appeals of invalidity proceedings. In these fora, we represent
our clients in application and opposition proceedings of German
and European patents, and in PCT application proceedings. Our
services further include representation in registration and
opposition proceedings of German trademarks, Community trademarks,
and international registrations (IR) of trademarks. We also
represent in registration proceedings of German utility models
